Better than I expected! For context, I'm 52 and rarely exercise. I got to where I didn't want to wear shorts because of my upper thighs. I bought this and started using it consistently at least 6 days per week, 15-20 min a day. At the 8 week mark, I wasn't impressed but saw subtle improvements so kept going. I'm at 11 weeks and decided to take a picture of my legs to compare to the one I took day 1. The difference has now amazed me and I will absolutely continue using.

Honestly I'm quite surprised at how helpful they were. I was expecting the normal evasiveness I've come to expect from overseas suppliers but they've really been understanding and helpful.

Great little item, I'm starting to see the results, my skin is a lot firmer now. It's so easy to use, as a male I was sceptical about buying this as I've not seen any males using this product.
